I have learned this for myself. I used to compare myself to the other girls on the catwalk and beat my mind,body and soul up to be like that. Those girls average age is around 17..I’m 23!of course most of them are just naturally stick thin! That’s a big age difference. You’re body changes so much in those years. I used to look like that when I was their age but I guess I’m a woman now haha and I’m getting a booty! Now some people are just lucky of course and can naturally eat like horses all their life and never gain a pound, but you can tell when it’s natural or not! Now I’m also not saying being 50 stone is sexy either , sometimes being over weight brings more health problems than being a bit under! I’m just saying that you should love your body and take care of it, fill it with lots of yummy healthy food and vitamins! When you fill you’re body with raw natural foods you fill it with ENERGY. Therefore you begin to vibrate higher and higher and start to feel better and better! Start the gym and keep your insides fit and healthy! Or if you are like me and staring at a treadmill timer bores the shit out of you then start a class and take a friend! Start ten classes even, till you find one you love! I just started barre burn classes and I love it already!i feel good because I know that I’m doing good for my body. It just saddens me when I see young girls fall into that hole and obsess over their weight. There’s more to life go and enjoy yourselves! Life is so much more awesome when you don’t give a fuck! Trust me! 💜💩

I struggle with what to eat for late  time snacks. I just had a piece of organic whole grain toast with a bit of lite cheese whiz. (not the best topping, but whatever) any other ideas?

These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas!
Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I guarantee you’ll see results in a week flat!
